We use post-frame construction, which means clear-span interiors with no load-bearing walls eating into your floor plan. You get maximum open space with the structural integrity to handle heavy equipment, vehicle lifts, overhead storage, or whatever you decide to put in there next year.

Some guys want a heated, insulated, fully finished space with drywall, LVP flooring, and recessed lighting. Others want a concrete slab, bare steel walls, and a heater that keeps the pipes from freezing. Both are legitimate man caves, and we build both.
Sherman handles the full interior build-out: insulation, electrical service, lighting, HVAC, plumbing for a sink or bathroom, and whatever finish work makes the space feel right. We can run 200-amp service for welders and compressors, or wire it light for a TV and some speakers.
The building is yours — and so is every decision about what goes inside it. We just make sure it’s done right.
